Raqet ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Raqet platform — a sports court booking and community service based in Szeged, Hungary. Google Analytics

PostHog

We use PostHog for product analytics, including event tracking, session recording, and feature flag evaluation. PostHog may collect clickstream data, user interactions, and session replays to help us identify usability issues and improve the product. Data collected by PostHog is pseudonymised where possible. Account and booking data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Analytics data is subject to the retention policies of the respective third-party providers (Google Analytics: 14 months by default; PostHog: as configured in our project settings).
